I'm in England everyone! And I'm safe and sound. Not at the bottom of the ocean. Thanks to all prayers for me. I liked flying at first, taking off was especially cool, and seeing the world from such a perspective is amazing. I loved being above the clouds, it was beautiful. But when I couldn't look out the window I got bored and tired and achy pretty quick.
But now that it's over and I'm here I LOVE England! It is so beautiful. Everywhere! Almost at least. And seeing my Aunt Kris is wonderful. I am going to make you all madly jealous now! Hahaha! I have already taken many pictures. But I couldn't get then from my camera to my aunt's computer, so these are just a few that she took. I'll put all mine on a web album when I get home. There are some pretty good ones on there. They aren't in order though, sorry.

Aunt Kris and I on a bench that "grew out of the ground. I don't remember where this is, I'll ask Kristy later.

We saw a beautiful little church. Here is one of the stained glass windows.

The exterior. Complete with grave yard!

Aunt Kris and myself. We look related don't we. ?

My "mum" and I under a basket of flowers. The flowers are everywhere. So are spiders. Eeeek!

Beautiful beautiful beautiful!

I know that this is the Cotswalds in Burford. I am still not completely sure what 'cotswolds' are, but I think it's the kind of house this is.

Here they are! It looks like a picture from a fairy tale.

This is the first place with the funny bench that we went that I still don't remember the name of.

I have an obsession with the cool doors. I took a bunch of pics of the ones I thought were the best. But here is me standing in front of some cute ones.

Aunty Kristy and myself.

This is the pretty place that I don't know the name of!
And there you have it. I will post more when I can. And maybe my mom will too. But you will have to be satisfied with these ones for now.
Love you all! Hope you're jealous! Especially you Aunt Stacy!

wow, that's beautiful! Is all of England so picturesque, or is there nasty developments and cities like here in America? (I seem to remember something about England not developing Like the US, but I don't remember...) Have Fun! (looks like you already are :P )
btw, I'm still more jealous that you went to Philly :P
Oh I want to go there! It is all so pretty! I also love being above the clouds and the feel of taking off :)
Oh wow that is so BEAUTIFUL. I love it. I cant wait to see your pictures. Even the one's of the doors. lol Well I hope you have a wonderful time and the come home and tell me all about it.
Love Ya.
P.S. I am SOOOOO jealous. :)
Tiff, it is all so beautiful! I love the pictures. Give my sister Kristy a huge hug for me. I love you all and hope you are having the time of your life.
Wow! It looks so awesome! Now... I don't exactly call cities and developments nasty, but, is all of England ancient/ fairytaleish looking like that? It looks so cool! I guess there would be a lot of buildings that are a lot older than any in the US, just because it is the "old world."
LOVE your pictures, especially the one of you and your mom under the archway and basket of flowers-just a beautiful shot. And I love the bench growing out of the grass shot. I want to sit there, too. I wonder how come their quaint doorways are so short! Guess English people must be (or used to be) shorter than we are. Those doors look like gnome or hobbit doors. Cute! Enjoy it all. Love, G-Terry
Yes, so far it all looks a lot like this. regular building looks out of place. Many are from around 1236 and such. In America the oldest buildings are usually around 100 years, here that isn't really considered a very old building.
There are modern things too (like security systems that look very out of place on a 300 year old building.) but most of it is the same as has pretty much always been here.
I'll post more pics soon. I have some cool ones from Oxford now. And I still have to go to Stonehenge and Salisbury, and London and Bath. !!!!!
Wow, that is so cool. Aren't there any modern business regions with places like walmart and malls and stuff like that? Or are those kinds of things in the ancient buildings too?
oh thats sooo prety! You are lucky! hope you are having fun!
This is Heather by the way :)
