I have never had fake nails before, you know, the little plastic ones that you glue on. But today I decided to give them a try. I got the ones that come with the glue already on them. They are only supposed to last three days, so I figured if I hated them I wouldn't be stuck with them.
Well they would have been fine, but I couldn't try them to make sure they fit without having them stuck or ruining them because of the already applied glue. So now eight of my nails look great but the other two look awful because they don't fit right. And they are driving me crazy!
I decided they look all right from a distance, so I'm going to leave them on for church tomorrow and then take them of when I get home.
If I ever decide to do my nails again I am going to have a professional do it, or at least get the ones that don't have the glue already on them.
Well sometimes you have to pay a price to be beautiful. And now I know how to do it next time. I may be making it sound worse than it is, but hey, they really are driving me crazy!

Miss Tiff, I use the plastic nails all the time. I've never tried the pre-glue kind but I can see how that can be a problem. I usually use the kind that you glue yourself. They usually turn out pretty. However, let me warn you, the glue is quite sticky and I've glued my fingers together a few times!
